What you can expect from us:

  •  We will listen to you and give you an explanation and solution to your needs
  • Your safety is our prime concern and hence we will follow the latest cross infection guidelines
  • We will provide all treatment at the highest quality, performed efficiently and as gently as possible. Our work will be guaranteed for a minimum of twelve months
  • We will give you a written estimate of any planned treatment and tell you in advance of any changes to your plan
  • We will do our best to keep to time but, if this is impossible, we will inform you within ten minutes of any likely delay
  • We will apologise and make amends if we do not perform as we promise and you can be the judge of our performance

What we ask in return:

  • To attend your appointments promptly and if that is not possible let us know as soon as you can. We appreciate that occasionally it is unavoidable to cancel or miss an appointment, however, unless we receive at least 24 hours notice a fee will be charged. We request this courtesy because it allows us to see our patients promptly and to provide more affordable dental care for our patients
  • To pay your bills as requested on time as each stage of your treatment is completed. We accept cash, cheques, and most credit and debit cards. You can join our Payment Plan that covers all routine preventative work and members receive 20% discount on the majority of further work. We also offer a range of finance options for all our patients allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment over a number of months including a O% interest finance plan that we can organise for you.
  • That you follow our advice in maintaining good oral hygiene to ensure the longevity of the dental treatment we have provided
  • You must complain if there is something that upsets you. That way we have a chance to put it right and improve our service to you
  • We love to work with nice people. If you are happy with our service we expect you to refer patients, of a similar quality to you, so that we can continue to be here when you need us
